Verizon Customers I Unsterstand your Customer Service Problems

I'm SICK because of VERIZON. Everytime I have a need for VERIZON to change there Modems IP Address I have to FIGHT through there 2nd layer of support who are JUST AS BAD. What should take 5 Minutes is taking an HOUR, and that's REPEATING the Problem & the FIX.

Verizons SUPPORT is a MAJOR REASON to STAY AWAY from them. If I have to fight them just to get correct customer service I can only imagine what they do to you. NO OTHER telecom or High Speed Internet provider has such POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL LINES.

The Techs LOCALLY are VERY GOOD and will fix your problems, it's the OVERSEAS CALL CENTER people (Can't call them techs) that are VERIZONS PROBELM.
